Primary Responsibilities:
- Love working with children.
- Knowledge of Early Childhood education standards.
- Ability to create a positive leaning environment for children.
- Able to communicate with parents and other staff members.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Responsible for assisting the children with reaching developmental milestones.
- Provide basic care needs of each child in the classroom.
- Keep classroom in compliance with child care licensing regulations.
- A "Team Player" willing to help other teachers/classrooms when needed.
- Able to work full assigned shift (typically 6hrs).
